Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we process your order. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. A delivery charge may be added as stated in the Delivery Information section on our website. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

National and International Postage and Packaging Charges

Payment for postage and packaging is dependant on EU sales and International sales. Subject to which country the customer highlights on the drop down menu at the online checkout, a pre-set postage amount is added.  For Europe we charge £10.00 and for the International orders, we charge £15.00. These are approximate charges as the size and weight of each order will vary depending on which products the customer buys.

Returns Policy for UK Customers

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, it can be returned to Absolute Aromas within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and received here in saleable condition. Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Number and ensure that this number is clearly marked on correspondence enclosed with the return package.  We recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returns that fail to reach us.

If you are returning an order or part of an order due to an error on our part we will refund the return delivery charges you incur. However, for returns that are not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for any costs involved in its return.

Returns Policy for Non UK Customers

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us for any reason, please contact us directly and we will advise you how to proceed.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by sending an email to sales@absolute-aromas.com or call +(44) 01420 540400, This has to be done before we have packed or despatched the goods to you. If your goods have already been despatched, you can return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.

By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Absolute Aromas. If you fail to return the goods to Absolute Aromas, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This 14 day period commences the day after the goods have been received. If you wish to cancel your order under these regulations this must be received in writing either by email, fax or letter. We cannot accept cancellations by telephone. Under these regulations Absolute Aromas must receive all goods within 14 days. All goods returned are at your expense. Goods must be unopened, unused, in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturers packaging.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Ordering from us

As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. An Order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and the delivery address entered will be sent to your E-mail address.  Please check this acknowledgment as we are not liable for any errors you may make when ordering items through our website.

We may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available or in stock at Absolute Aromas, or if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

Delivery

We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website or failing to collect a parcel within the courier’s timeframe.

We make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Absolute Aromas will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered the risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you.

General

All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

Medical Claims

Absolute Aromas takes no responsibility for how you use the information provided. You must consult with your doctor or trained Aromatherapist before starting any new treatment or if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Absolute Aromas offers no medical advice and nothing contained on its pages intends or claims to be professional medical advice.

Our right to amendment

Absolute Aromas reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place. When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information. You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information, we are entitled do so. We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
